The Footprints in the Sand Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps children and their families whose lives have been tragically affected by illness or death. Through financial assistance as well as social, educational and psychological support services and programs we help to propel families forward building life long relationships.
The organization was founded in 2003 by the Villafranco Family to memorialize the death of William Ryan Villafranco.
We Help Local Children Survive Times of Crisis. Our mission is simple: to serve children in need. By creating, supporting and locating programs that directly benefit the health and well being of children affected by illness or death, the Foundation is working to better the lives of children and their families.
